THE 10 STEP PROCESS TO
SELLING YOUR HOME
I will meet with you and tour your home. We will discuss a marketing strategy and review the home selling process.
We will set a target price for your home, as well as a pricing strategy. We'll review the media and marketing plan, build a timeline for listing, and sign documents.
I will coordinate agreed-upon repairs and improvements, cleaning, inspections, and staging/furnishing. Then it's photo time!
Your home will be consistently spread across marketing platforms for maximum exposure. Broker tours, open houses, and private showings will be scheduled to showcase the home.
Unless the buyer waives inspections, they may hire an inspector to check the home and may request repairs and/or upgrades. I will negotiate on your behalf.
Your home will be listed on the MLS, all real estate websites, and on social media. A yard sign in the front and all other marketing materials will be delivered as scheduled and agreed upon.
Yay! As offers come in, we will review and respond accordingly until an agreement is reached.
The buyer's loan (if any) will be underwritten and the house appraised. All buyer's documentation will be verified and validated while we wait for final approval from the lender.
After the lender has approved the buyer, my team will go over the documents and verify signatures. The buyer will have a final walk-through of the home 24-48 hours before close.
We will meet with the buyer and the escrow officer. Final documents will be signed, proceeds wired and keys exchanged. We will help coordinate transfer of utilities.
